The Harris County Medical Examiner in Texas has stated that Umaga’s death was caused by drug toxicity.
Dan Morgan, the supervisory forensic investigator for Harris County, blamed the combined effects of hydrocodone (aka Vicodin), carisoprodol (muscle relaxer), and diazepam (aka Valium) for Eddie Fatu’s death.
The wrestler’s death was ruled “accidental.”
